i quite enjoy all sorts of music, so here i'll be listing some albums,
songs, osts, and artists i like and just sort of rambling about them if i feel like it
starting with the genre i listen to the most! i have been listening to vocaloid since january 2021, and i've been absolutely adoring it ever since! some of my favourite producers include satsuki ga tenkomori, mitchie m, samfree, and oster project.
starting with mitchie m, i've always really enjoyed their poppy and idol-like sound, and his songs tend to be very sweet-sounding and are real ear candy! his songs just are just so optimism filled and it's super wholesome and nice honestly. :^) some of my favourite songs of his include 'News 39','Ai Dee','Assassin Princess','The Tokugawa Cup Noodle Prohibition', and 'Mai Mai Mai'.
satsuki ga tenkomori is another incredibly cool producer, who usually works with miku. they tend to have a more electronic sound within their work, with a more robotic tuning of miku's v2 voicebank. they are most well known for the song 'The MMORPG Addict's Anthem', but some of my other favourites by them include 'STOMP THE ENEMY','Systematic Love',(I put the REOL cover 'cause I just really like REOL's robotic-ish and sparkly vocals here) and 'Astro Troopers'.
oster project's work is very jazzy and sweet sounding; which i think is a very unique and interesting combination with the more robotic like sound of the V2 voicebanks they usually use! they use a variety of voicebanks, including the crypton voices and GUMI. some well known songs by them include '恋するVOC@LOID', 'Piano × Forte × Scandal, 'On the Rocks', 'Miracle Paint', and 'Summer Idol'.
