how do you think you deal with change?

i think change is one of the most beautiful parts of life. i look to see change in myself, because without change, i fear myself as a person has grown stagnant.
i like experimentation in life and say that i am changing, but my overall outlook and way i treat people in life hasn't changed as much as i say it does.
i would like to think that i handle change well, but it scares me. i long for steady, reliable peace in my life. i like things the way things are.
in times of change, i am the rock that holds everyone together. i consider myself to be carefree, and others see me as a piece of stagnance that they can look onto in times of change.

how do you usually work in group projects?

i usually just end up doing whatever work is left over after everybody picks what they want to do. i'm willing to do it, but i'm never the one who gets to pick my position.
i'm the leader, i brought the whole group together. i think my ideas that i contribute are the most valuable/meaningful.
i meticulously plan out the roles of each person in the group, and i consider myself to be a leader of the group. my ideas need to be properly executed.
